Third Anniversary of Pléiades Neo

Three years have now passed since the Geoimage team celebrated the commercial launch of Pléiades Neo on November 2, 2021. The two launches in April and August of that year prior to the commercial launch marked a major achievement for Airbus Intelligence, opening the door to ground breaking opportunities in high-resolution satellite imaging.

Since then, the Pléiades Neo constellation has consistently delivered exceptional performance, providing a high volume of data with reduced latency. This capability has enabled Geoimage to address a wide range of market demands and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Geoimage has leveraged the constellation to offer 30cm very high-resolution imagery solutions, along with highly accurate 50cm Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) produced using tri-stereo imaging. The addition of six multispectral bands has also enhanced capabilities in spectral analysis and machine learning, further expanding the scope of applications.

One of the most exciting advancements is the 15cm HD imagery product derived from Pléiades Neo's 30cm resolution. This innovation delivers even sharper details and improved visual clarity, offering image quality comparable to aerial photography.
