About the BJ3A Satellite and BJ3 Constellation
Launched on 11 June 2021, the BJ3A is an AI-powered, agile optical Earth observation satellite operated by 21AT. In May 2024,nearly three years later, 21AT expanded its capability by launching four additional satellites to form the BJ3 constellation. Together, these satellites provide an integrated, high-frequency imaging system built to meet growing global demand for high-resolution remote sensing data.
The BJ3 constellation combines autonomous decision-making and agile maneuverability. Each satellite can independently determine its optimal flight path and monitor up to 500 global points of interest, completing approximately 100 imaging trips per day. This enables rapid revisit rates, enhanced responsiveness, and reliable access to high-quality Earth observation imagery.

Up to 4 revisits per day at 40°N, supporting timely observations and rapid-change monitoring.
