The Honeybee Satellites are planned to be launched in 2025. The satellites are equipped with sensors that can provide hyperspectral imagery with capabilities of 260 bands. These satellites will be built simultaneously with the Firefly satellites covering the visible through shortwave-infrared, increasing the resolution of images.
Hyperspectral data with a staggering 260 bands
Revisit up to every four days for up-to-date and accurate hyperspectral imagery.
Anticipated global coverage with the full firefly constellation.
More information will be available closer to launch.
